Biomechanical Assessment
Your Therapist will need to see how you move to best figure out your particular dysfunction. It also helps to discover the extent of the injury and how best it can be treated and any other underlying causative factors. This can include postural assessment, gait analysis, strength, balance and mobility.
Sports Injury Treatment Plan
We will always endeavour to get to the root of the problem and not just treat your pain. Our treatment methods can vary between physiotherapy, soft tissue manipulation, orthotic prescription and more holistic methods dependent on what is required and what you prefer, to manage your pain and improve function. We will also prescribe you a rehabilitative exercise programme that can also cross over into your time away from our clinic to get you back to full function as quickly as possible. We believe that everyone should be seen and treated as an individual and therefore all treatment plans are tailor-made to each person, allowing us to provide the best possible customer care regardless of the situation. This includes input from many different therapists, providing varying skills to each client to achieve the best results. If further investigations are required, we have a network of first class consultants who we can refer you to for scans or any surgical procedures that may be required.
